West Kelowna is its own city, covering Westbank, Lakeview Heights, Shannon Lake, and Glenrosa. Buyers stretch their dollars further here with access to wineries, the Westside Wine Trail, and some of the region's best lake views. A strong option for move-up buyers and those who work remotely.

West Kelowna isn't one market, it's six. Lakeview Heights and Westbank Centre aren't in the same conversation. Anyone quoting you a single 'West Kelowna price' is telling you nothing. The sub-area is the whole question.
