Lake Country stretches north of Kelowna along Wood Lake, Kalamalka Lake, and Okanagan Lake — three distinct waterfronts in one district. The area balances orchards and vineyards with newer subdivisions in Lakestone and The Lakes. Commute to UBCO or the airport is under 15 minutes.
Scott's take
Lake Country has three lakes and three different markets attached to them. It's still the most house for the money within fifteen minutes of the airport, but the spread between Lakestone and Oyama is wide enough that the district average is meaningless.
