Glenmore runs north from downtown toward the airport, bordered by Knox Mountain and Dilworth. It's a broad area — Magic Estates, North Glenmore, Clifton — with options at nearly every price point. The draw is location: downtown in 10 minutes, airport in 8, UBCO in 12.
Scott's take
Glenmore is where I point people who want the location without the Mission price tag. But it's a broad area. Magic Estates and Clifton are different markets, and the 'Glenmore' number on paper doesn't tell you much.
