Welcome to the Weekly Brief
Why I started writing this newsletter, what to expect, and how often you'll hear from me.

If you're reading this, you've either just signed up or you stumbled across the site. Either way, welcome.
The Weekly Brief is the email I always wanted to read when I was buying my first home. Short, honest, no sales pitch. Just real information about what's happening in the Central Okanagan market, written by someone who lives and works here every day.
What you'll get
Every other week, I'll send a short email with three things:
- Real sold prices from across Kelowna, West Kelowna, and Lake Country. Not list prices. Not estimates. Actual closing data from the previous two weeks.
- A handful of active listings worth watching. Not every new listing, just the ones that tell a story about where the market is going.
- My take on what it all means. Whether you're thinking about selling next month or in five years, you'll know how to read the signals.
What you won't get
You won't get a sales pitch. You won't get pressure to list with me. You won't get generic MLS noise. You won't get spam.
If at any point you want to chat about your specific situation, you reply to the email and we set up a call. Until then, just read and learn.
A bit about how I work
I think the best real estate decisions start with understanding what you actually want. Not just the house. The reason behind the move. Once we get clear on that, the rest of the decisions get a lot easier.
If that approach resonates with you, you'll like what's coming.
Talk soon, Scott
