The Weekly Brief is the email I always wanted to read when I was buying my first home. Short, honest, no sales pitch. Just real information about what's happening in the Central Okanagan market, written by someone who lives and works here every day.

Every other week, I'll send a short email with three things:

1. Real sold prices from across Kelowna, West Kelowna, and Lake Country. Not list prices. Not estimates. Actual closing data from the previous two weeks.
2. A handful of active listings worth watching. Not every new listing, just the ones that tell a story about where the market is going.
3. My take on what it all means. Whether you're thinking about selling next month or in five years, you'll know how to read the signals.
